On the 28th of June, 2010 the Global Girls went to Ellis park stadium to watch Brazil and Chile as they played against each other. The GlobalGirls were excited and it was their first time in the stadium.

Happiness was what their hearts had. They proudly sang all the way on their way out to the stadium, and throughout the entire game. Other fans in the stadium were pleased and told them that the girls were the best "fan-atics". Most of the girls supported Brazil as it is the best soccer tem in the world. A few supported Chile.

The tutors for the GlobalGirls, who were also with them, were very proud of the girls, as the GlobalGirls took shots of each other on camera and told stories about being in the stadium for the first time. The attendance in the whole stadium was 52,096.

A group of professional journalists were seen. It was a good experience for the GlobalGirls to see working journalists .There are only camera-men in the stadium. Where are the camera-women? Many girls were shocked and disappointed not to see any female South African journalists. That made them even more interested in a career in journalists.
